In distanc of five kilometers from Solsona on the way to Berga you can see an interesting church in the typically Lombard-Romance style from the 11th century. (see pictures below) . A crypt, a Romance jewel, is located under the altar. One can several meters remotely go to a special little cemetery which was formed by Bemardi Martorell (Modernisme). Some of the graves got driven direct into the rock.
Llobera and Pinell are limit districts which were in the focus during the war of the Christians against the Muselmans and in which it was not harmless to live there. Therefore you can find some fortified towers there. These were built between the 9th and 12th centuries. They stand in the midst of smallest village settlements or amongst pine groves. The biggest tower has a height of over 30 meters.
